Duties & Taxes:
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are determined by your local customs authorities and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Shipping Costs:
The shipping fees cover delivery to your door, but they do not include any duties or import taxes. Please be sure to check with your local customs office to understand potential costs before placing your order.
Customs Processing & Delivery:
Customs processing times can vary, and in some cases, this may delay the delivery of your parcel. We do everything in our power to ensure swift shipping, but delays caused by customs are outside of our control.
Customs Forms & Regulations:
We include all necessary customs documentation with every international shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the items ordered are permitted into their country.
Non-Delivery Due to Customs Issues:
If your parcel is refused or unclaimed due to customs fees or other issues, resulting in it being returned to us, we will refund the product cost, minus the original shipping fees. However, if the package is seized or destroyed by customs, we regret that no refund will be available.
