We want you to love your Elise Seren purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
New Zealand Returns
- If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
- The item must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@eliseseren.com with your order number and reason for return.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
International Returns
- International orders may also be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
- Return shipping for international orders is at the customer’s expense, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Please contact our customer service team to arrange your return and receive further instructions.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping costs for international orders are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
